'After 3 years of this, I've had enough': Entitled guy keeps reporting his neighbor for frivolous reasons, so neighbor gets the city to remove guy's cars and fine his business

When you live in a city, your neighbors are much closer to you than if you lived in the country or the suburbs. That makes for some possible tension. That's why it is just as important to find neighbors that work with you as it is to find a home that works for you. In the case of this guy, his neighbor was driving him crazy. The entitled guy just kept calling the cops on him for the most frivolous of infractions like grass that's too long, dogs barking, etc. It was driving him nutso! After three years of taking this, he had had enough. He decided to make a few calls of his own. He not only got this guy in trouble for having too many cars on his property, he also got him in trouble for not having a business license. Now, this neighbor had to remove all of his cars (which he had about 40 for some reason??) and he was fined heavily for operating without a business license. Now, if that isn't satisfying petty revenge, I don't know what is! The guy apparently never bothered his neighbor again.
